Privacy Policy — Text Repeater

Package com.tahatec.text_repeater · Published by Tahatec · Effective 17 October 2026

Text Repeater (“the app”) repeats text a chosen number of times or to a target length, with separators, a prefix and suffix, numbering, saved templates and a history. This policy explains what the app does with data.

What stays on your device

Text is repeated on your device. To let you pick up where you left off, the app stores on your device: your last 10 runs (the text, separator, prefix, suffix and count; very long texts are not saved), up to 30 templates you save, and your last-used settings. None of it is ever uploaded by the app. You can delete history entries and templates in the app; uninstalling or clearing the app’s storage removes everything.

Copying, sharing and saving a .txt file happen only when you choose them, and a saved file goes only to the location you pick. The app never reads your clipboard.

If Android backup is turned on for your Google account, Android may include the app’s stored data in that backup. You can turn backup off in Android settings.

What leaves your device

Advertising. The app shows banner and full-screen ads from Google AdMob, with Meta Audience Network as a mediation partner. To select and measure ads, these providers may collect your device’s advertising ID, your IP address and the approximate location it implies, and device, app and ad-interaction information. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and other regions where it is required, the app asks for your choice through Google’s User Messaging Platform before any ad is requested, and you can change it at any time from Privacy options in the app, which appears where it is required.

Analytics. The app uses Google Analytics for Firebase to see which features are used. Events record how a result was produced and used — for example the type of separator, whether a prefix or numbering was used, and the repeat count rounded into a broad range. Events never contain your text, prefix, suffix or custom separator. Firebase also records some information automatically: an app-instance identifier, the device model, the operating-system and app versions, the app language, and an approximate country derived from your IP address, along with standard events such as the first open and the start of a session.

Crash reporting. Firebase Crashlytics receives a report when the app crashes: the error and stack trace, the device model, the operating-system and app versions, and an installation identifier.

Notifications. The app can receive occasional announcements through Firebase Cloud Messaging. Android asks for notification permission after your first result in a session. If you allow notifications, the app subscribes this installation to a general topic (all_users), and messages go to everyone subscribed to it — the app does not target individual devices. Firebase may register a messaging token for the installation; the token identifies the installation, not you. Turning notifications off in Android settings stops them.
